Day-trippers help fuel strong summer tourist season
That’s the word from the Chamber’s two Visitor Information Centers, where traffic this summer is up more than 50-percent over the same period last year. More than 5,000 visitors stopped at the Clearwater Beach center in June alone ... up from just 3,300 in June 2006. Things are looking up! |
